The Vesilo app

Vesilo processes your photos and videos exclusively on your device. In short:

The app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data.
Your photos and videos never leave your device. There is no cloud processing and the app has no servers.
The app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking services.
Access to your photo library is used solely to let you select media and to save the finished files to the "Vesilo" album. You can revoke access at any time in the iOS settings.
Your watermark settings are stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud key-value storage. Only your Apple account can access this data, not the developer.

Purchases

The one-time purchase in the app is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive any personal data such as your name, address or payment details. Apple's privacy policy applies.

This website

This website is a static page without cookies, tracking or analytics. When you visit it, the hosting provider processes technically necessary connection data (such as IP address, time and requested page) in server log files to keep the service running. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Since the app itself does not collect personal data, these rights are effectively moot with regard to the app. For any questions, contact office@jl-creative.at. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian data protection authority (dsb.gv.at).
